This policy explains how the Lady Luck Notary website handles information. The current website includes an appointment request form that runs only in your browser. It is not connected to a delivery service, does not transmit or store the information you enter, and does not send an appointment request. The site does not include an account, analytics service, or connected scheduling service.

Information you choose to provide

If you type information into the appointment request form, it remains in your browser and is not sent to Lady Luck Notary. To request service, call or email Lady Luck Notary. You may choose to provide contact, appointment, document, signer, or location details needed to answer your question or arrange service. Information provided by phone or email is handled as part of the business relationship.

Please do not enter or email medical records, identification documents, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive information. When an appointment involves a hospital or care facility, share only the information needed to determine whether service can be provided.

Technical information

The web host may process routine request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp to deliver and secure the site. The site currently loads fonts from Google Fonts, so a visitor's browser may connect to Google to retrieve those font files.

Cookies and analytics

Lady Luck Notary does not currently place analytics or advertising cookies through this website. This policy will be updated before analytics, a contact form, or a scheduling service is enabled.

How information is used

Information provided during an inquiry may be used to respond, determine service availability, prepare for an appointment, maintain required business records, process accounting, and protect the business and its clients.
