Website information

The website provides general information about notarial and signing services. Content may change as services, operating areas, credentials, and booking tools are updated.

No legal advice

Lady Luck Notary is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, select documents, explain the legal effect of a document, or prepare legal documents. A notary may identify the notarial act requested and complete duties permitted by Nevada law. Questions about legal rights or document selection should be directed to a qualified attorney.

Appointments

A call or appointment request does not create a confirmed booking. Lady Luck Notary confirms the service, documents, identification, signer availability, location, time, travel, and cost before placing an appointment on the calendar.

Remote online notarization is subject to current platform availability and applicable Nevada requirements. The signer must be physically present in Nevada. Call to confirm whether the service is operating.

Signer and document requirements

The person requesting service is responsible for having the required document, acceptable identification, all necessary signers and witnesses, and a suitable signing environment. A notarial act may be declined when legal or professional requirements are not satisfied.

Pricing and travel

Fees, travel charges, printing, scanbacks, witness arrangements, and other appointment costs are confirmed before the appointment. Website content does not create a binding price quote.

Third-party services

The site may later link to a scheduling, payment, map, or social platform operated by another company. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Lady Luck Notary is not responsible for the availability or content of a third-party service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use its content in a misleading way.

Intellectual property

The Lady Luck Notary name, logo, design, copy, and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission.
